4 Ways To Finish Strong in 2022 - or in life

As we are moving into the second part of the year, it can be helpful to pause for a moment and see if we are still expanding and growing in alignment with our gifts and our purpose.

As an (over)achiever, it has always been a challenge for me to not to get caught too much in the 'doing' and forgetting about: WHO AM I (BECOMING) WHILE I AM DOING MY THING IN THE WORLD?

We can get caught up so much in the daily 'doing', in the 'figuring out', being in the trenches of life that we might forget the bigger picture.

And instead of pushing ourselves to 'do more', I would suggest you to take some steps which might seem counter-intuitive at first sight:

1. Celebrate Your Wins

How small or big those wins might be, applaud yourself for your courage and for being where you are now; even if your mind tells you that you are not where you had to be. Dismiss the noise from your mind and connect with a profound feeling of gratitude. That exact feeling will bring you in a positive mood and abundance mindset. Appreciate yourself deeply, there is nothing that holds us further from our true potential than bullying ourselves.

2. Reconnect with Your Heart & Spirit

It is never about what you achieve in the world (of illusions); it is rather about shining your Light & Love in the most magnificent way. It's about remembering your own divinity and that of every creature in this plane. Going from the mind to the Heart will connect you with your inner wisdom and give you a more centered and balanced perspective on your goals.

3. Redefine Your Goals

Once you have turned inward and reconnected with your Heart and Spirit, take a piece of paper and write down how you want to be remembered, how you want to bring your light into the world, how you can be a blessing wherever you go. These goals might be slightly or very different from the goals dictated by your programmed thinking mind.

4. Be Intentional

Be intentional and then follow your intuitive guidance. If the seed of your deepest desire has unfolded, keep your eyes open and develop routines which are resourceful to develop your intuition: pray, meditate, keep a journal, write, spend time in nature and the next steps of your journey might unfold spontaneously without 'having to figure it out'.

It's about finding the balance and making sure that you are connected with our inner wisdom while you are dancing through life.

The more your mind, your ego gets out of the way, the easier you can surrender to Divine Source so that you can allow that the world will be transformed through you.

Much love, Barbara.
